An intro to the need for mindfulness in design.

Thinking of it this way is useful. How often do you brush your teeth? Everyday, if your better at it twice or thrice a day. Do you think your teeth are more important than your mind (to take care of, or need the exercise) yet how often do we exercise our minds in the same way with a strict regiment? For the majority of us, probably not as much. Which brings me to the question of, how well are we designing and shaping our lives that is bettering our minds and hearts, in a mutually mindful direction?
